代购费用 = 商品费 + 本国内运费 + 包裝材料費 + 国际运费 + 保险费 + 服务费 

详细说明：

1）本国内运费 = 以商品重量来计算， 1公斤RM10 

2）包裝材料費 = RM20 到RM40 依尺寸大小来计算

3）国际运费计算方案

4）保险费 = 0.15% 或最低 RM1.50
